Ben is a tax lawyer who approaches his work with diligence and care to drive successful outcomes for exempt organizations. He understands and is responsive to his clients’ business needs and provides straightforward explanations and solutions so that nonprofit organizations can easily understand the issues and their options, stay in compliance, and meet their financial planning objectives.
Prior to joining Cheshire Law Group, Ben was an associate attorney at Dilworth Paxson, where he worked with public charities, private foundations, social welfare organizations, religious organizations, trade associations, and other tax-exempt entities, handling a wide range of tax and business matters. He is active in his Philadelphia community as a member of the Brewerytown Garden and as a volunteer with Philly VIP, the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and the National Lawyers Guild (NLG) of Philadelphia.
