Kate is an experienced operations and administrative professional with a strong entrepreneurial background in women’s health, education, and legal services. As office manager and bookkeeper for a wellness practice, she oversaw day-to-day operations, financial systems, and internal workflows while supporting the executive leadership. Kate was previously the owner of an independent postpartum doula practice supporting new families. She also has experience as a professor of art history, designing curriculum and teaching at the undergraduate level. Across law office administration, higher education, and independent practice, Kate brings a practical, business-minded and human-centered approach to building efficient systems that allow mission-driven organizations to operate smoothly and with impact.
