Marie has more than a decade of experience enhancing operations for mission-driven organizations. With a passion for well-being, she brings a holistic perspective to optimize internal systems and create a work culture that intentionally supports staff and clients. With a background in wellness and community-building, Marie applies a human-centered and thoughtful approach to her work. Prior to joining Cheshire Law Group, Marie held a number of roles in which she oversaw compliance, managed projects and schedules, generated data-driven insights, and offered client-facing support. She is also a dedicated nonprofit volunteer with experience serving food banks, literacy programs, farming projects, and international public health and social work initiatives. Marie is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and a certified health and well-being coach.
