Sarah is a nonprofit operations professional with extensive experience building the infrastructure that allows mission-driven organizations to grow sustainably. Her expertise spans nonprofit finance, governance, HR systems, and compliance, with particular focus on grants management, budgeting, audit preparation, and 501(c)(3) systems design.
Prior to joining Cheshire Law Group, Sarah served as an executive operations leader for a statewide environmental justice nonprofit, directing organizational strategy while overseeing the full grants lifecycle, annual budgeting and financial planning, external audit and IRS Form 990 processes, and the integration of accounting, payroll, and grants management systems. She has also led operational stabilization across a multi-entity nonprofit structure, designing scalable processes and standard operating procedures during a critical period of growth.
Sarah is the founder of a South Jersey-based organizing and capacity-building hub, where she oversees governance, compliance, and financial policy development.
